I went into the store to purchase a battery and the clerk (roughly 11:30, younger, larger gentleman) greeted me. The phone rang and he answered it, to which I have no problem. The issue was he continued on the phone for several minutes while I stood there waiting. I feel that a customer face to face should have priority over a phone call. I spent my time and gas to make the trip to the store and feel I was treated with worse service than a phone call where the customer can be placed on hold or called back. I left and bought the battery at a competitor this afternoon instead. I was standing right at the counter with money in hand ready to pay and ended up leaving instead. As a business owner myself I feel this shouldn't happen and I wanted to inform management. Thank you Feedback: Better customer service. You have too much direct competition and need to separate yourself in a positive way vs a negative experience.
